Restores main content that the earlier "1981-on-top-of-main" flatten (7dec2bb, PR #17) accidentally reverted, while preserving this branch's genuine work (daily-list-payload feature, courtroom refactor, LPT-2278). Notable reconciliation: - HearingQueryApi / HearingQueryApiTest hand-merged to keep BOTH the #16 ALPHABETICAL/JUDGE court-list support (from main) and the LPT-2278 prosecutor/judiciary enrichment (from this branch). - PR #15 (fwe-lpt-2197) source changes taken from main. - pom versions kept on the cct-1981 line.
